Syntax/order for selecting a different parameter in SMC mode.

I am setting up the PNA-X fro an SMC meaurement int the parameter SC21, at this point I have a calibration active.

I can manually select the 'Opwr' parameter on the PNA itself (from the Response>Measure menu) and it switches mode and keeps the calibration active and applied.

However if I try to do this programmatically it switches off the calibration.

I have trying to do this with the CALC:CUST:MOD command. First re-selecting the measurement and then modifying it to Opwr as below.

CALC:PAR:SEL 'My Meas';
CALC:CUST MOD 'Opwr';

I have tried this in several different orders, reapplying the cal after etc with no luck. I am pretty certain that it is working as expected manually, but there doesn't seem to be any other method for changing the parameter that works programatically.

Any ideas or known bugs etc I should be aware of?

Some extra info in case it help:-
FW=9.90.13 (originally tried 9.85.07)
PNA=N5244A
Software controlled in LabVIEW, everything working normally.

Thanks in advance!!

Neil.
