How can I measure and calculate the nonlinearity of the power sensor in dB and [%] ?
I read Agilent/Keysight`s AN and the articles "Attenuation Measurements", Alan Coster, "Aspects of Calibration Power Splitters and Detector linearity", Alan Coster,
"Measuring RF Power Sensor Nonlinearity", TEGAM, AN 220,
but I do not understand equation for calculating nonlinearity.
i.e. I can not replicate the results of these articles.
Agilent/Keysight expressed linearity of sensors in % but does not give a equation and Measurements methods.
Can You help me?
