When do I need to reverse the de-embedding in PLTS?

I want to deembed the effects of some GGB probes that I have.  Assuming I have a decent 2-port touchstone file for the probe with the SMA side being port 1 and the contact tip side being port 2, how should I enter than in the PLTS to do a reference plane adjustment?   It is not clear what the default direction is by looking at the Reference Plane Adjustment window.  I am not sure if I need to reverse the direction on ports 2 and 4 in the reference plane adjustment to make my overall setup look more like this diagram. My GGB probes are represented by the smaller blocks around the perimeter of the diagram.
