I am trying to use LabVIEW with the EXA N9010A Signal Analyzer. I tried the LabVIEW code in the morning and it worked fine. When I returned after lunch, I got an error that said “Agilent VISA and SICL Server Process has stopped working”. See the following attached pictures:

I also tried to open the connection in the Agilent Connection Expert and got the attached error.

When you installed LabView, most likely the NI VISA libraries were installed.
Unfortunately, when NI installs their VISA, they don’t look to see if any other VISA has been previously installed.
We recommend either:
Upgrading to the latest Agilent VISA;
Or uninstalling and reinstalling the Agilent IO Suite;
Or running the repair on the Agilent IO Suite installation by going to the Control Panel on your PC and clicking on Programs and Features and right clicking on Agilent IO Libraries Suite and choosing Change, and then choosing to repair the installation.
