can't read the current from 66332A, programming through PNA-X

Question asked by lcormier on Jan 15, 2014
I have added a 66332 for bias for x-parameter measurements, in the utility/external on the N5242. I have been able to set the voltage on the supply, and turn it off. I can't seem to read the current - I always get "0" in the xnp file for I3. I have no errors lit on the 66332.
I also cnnot seem to use the "SENS" header to set the FUNC or RANG  - I always get error 102 on the supply.
I have tried the MEAS and FETC without success.

Anybody know how to read the current?
