Hello,
There is a offer of a 83630L with fail in self test : LBAND Modulators . The item has no output , frequency
can adjust . The repair manual says , A9 or A24 is maybe fail . Where can i get these modules and , what is the approximate price for this . How much is the possibility , that after change of A9 or A24 the item is full functionally .
Thanks for answer

The self test failure is likely due to a bad A24 low band assembly. If the A24 is bad it will only affect frequencies below 2ghz. If you have no output above 2ghz then something else is bad in addition to this problem. If the A9 pulse board is causing the self test problem, then it also should only affect below 2ghz, as it has separate drive circuits for below/above 2ghz. New or rebuilt parts for the 8360 series sources are no longer available from Agilent. Bad A24’s are a common failure, so finding a good used on would be difficult. Once the self test and output problems are corrected, it would be common for the unit to require further repair in order to meet published specifications. It depends on how much functionality you require. It has been my experience that you generally need 3 bad units to make one good one. The mechanical attenuators can be rebuilt as parts are still available for those.
I hope this helped -
