We had a desktop running 89600 VSA successfully with three licenses. However, the pc has crashed a week ago. When reinstalling the software, the license files are invalid (because the hostid has changed). How should I proceed in this case?

You will need to contact one of the worldwide Technical Contact Centers to request a license rehost because of the host id change due to the PC crashed.
The message should include the explanation you have provided, along with the old and new host id for the TCC to performance the VSA licensing rehost.
If you do not have the old host id, the Agilent sales order for the VSA licensing purchase will need to be included.
