'No Head' error for optical detectors

Hello, 

Has anyone here encountered 'No Head' error (shown on optical power meter mainframe) whenever detectors are plugged-in to the interface? We recently encountered this issue on a regular basis now. Usually, a mainframe restart would do but now it doesn't work that way.

By the way, I'm referring to Agilent 81623A/B and 81624A/B detectors.

I hope anyone could provide a solution to this one before we decide to send-out this units for outside check.
