How to connect an S21 or S12 measurement with high DC current using E5071C

I am working on a passive filtering project of inductors and capacitors which has a design spec with a minimum of 40 dB attenuation for frequencies at 2 MHz and lower. The spec also calls for measuring the attenuation while the filter has a high DC current of up to 17 amps applied to the circuit. Does anybody have a suggestion for how to connect an Agilent E5071C VNA for a transmission measurement (S21 or S12) of the circuit while the high current is applied?

Another parameter to be measured is the circuit's inductance value while the high current is applied. I have an Agilent 4263B LCR meter for the measurement, but again: does anybody have a suggestion for how to connect the LCR meter to the circuit while the high current is applied?

My first thought was to use bias-Tees on the filter's input and output leads to do these measurements, but I don't know of a manufacturer who makes them for such a high current.
