Agilent Instrument Explorer has stopped working

Hi,

I tried to configure the IVI-COM driver session for an instrument from its advanced instrument properties (by pressing the Configure IVI Driver Session in the IVI-COM tab).
The Agilent Instrument Explorer which should launch for that purpose is not able to launch.
Windows prompts me that the Agilent Instrument Explorer has stopped working.

I am using Agilent VEE Pro 9.3.15222.1 under Windows 7.
The Agilent Instrument Explorer seems to be part of Agilent T&M Toolkit 2.1 which is installed together with the Agilent VEE Pro. Started directly from my windows start menu, this instrument explorer is also unable to launch.

Is there anything I can do to deal with this issue?
