Agilent 34450A ERROR at DMM Connection Utility while Data Logging

I've search for similar problems but i can't find an answer, so maybe someone here can help me.

I use an Agilent 34450A connected via USB with my computer. 

Intel I5
Windows 7 64bit

I installed the DMM Connection Utility at the current version
The connection is OK and i can start the logger function. But after a  time (1min - 20 min) the logging stopped with an error massage:
I changed the the sample interval but it do not help.
Do somebody have a solution?

I've log the communication via Agilent Connection Expert. Maybe it help to find the problem... (see "log.jpg")
