Hi,
I've got a problem with ADS using a network license. Startup time is exactly five minutes, which is very frustrating.
I've checked the firewall rules and both ports needed for the license server are allowed for communication in both directions.
The license information tool and the license manager are able to retrieve the license properties without any delay. After 5 minutes, ADS starts without problems and everything works ok.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot the problem would be very welcome. Checking the firewall logs didn't show any blocked traffic, but the constant delay looks like some sort of timeout.

I suggest you contact Agilent EEsof EDA technical support directly.
