I wanted to try out the wavegen on my X3000 series Oscilloscope. What would be a good set of test leads to get for it?

I'm not sure what the question is. WaveGen outputs to a BNC connector. It drives with either a 50 Ohm or 1Mohm impedance. You can use a BNC to clip lead adapter, or a BNC cable, or... It all depends on what you are sending the signal to.
