Hi
I have a 9404 scope and I want to produce a histogram of a measurement, i.e. rise time.
Is it possible?
I can get the measurement and its basic stats, min max average etc but would like to have a visual representation of its spread.
Thanks
Derek
P.S. Why do I need two channels enabled to get a histogram ?

- Yes, if you have any of the optional EZJit packages, you can walk through a wizard, and have a measurement on-screen in 10-15 seconds. If you don't have any of those packages, you can get a free 30-day license from the Agilent website, http://www.home.agilent.com/agilent/product.jspx?nid=-35491.536883514.00&lc=eng&cc=US
"Why do I need two channels enabled to get a histogram ?"
- You shouldn't. What are you doing, vertical or horizontal?
As a side comment, what version of S/W do you have? The latest is either 4.20.0005 (WinXP) or 4.50.0008 (Win7). You should update if you need to.
