Agilent VNA Uncertainty Calculator spreadsheet revision 2.6.1

We have been using the Agilent VNA  Uncertainty Calculator spread sheets for a while now to give us an idea of uncertainty for the devices we measure.
A question came up with regards to a single port calibration: At present you have to select your VNA (bandwidth and averaging) and then type of calibration (Full two port, Enhanced Response or Response) from the spread sheet, there is no Single port calibration. Can we use the S11 uncertainty from the Full two port calibration to cover the uncertainty from a Single port calibration? Or do we have to carry out a Full two port calibration to measure a single port device?

Note: Looking a the manuals for our various Agilent VNAs they indicate that when calculating for example S11(mag) uncertainty there are terms in the Stability for S21 and S12.

Hope someone may be able to help...
