High voltage PSU input impedance

Question asked by loevinnen on Mar 17, 2014
I need to measure the input impedance of a DC/DC switching power supply. The input voltage is 160V and my network analyzer is E5061B with the S-parameter and LF test sets. Can I use the current-voltage method from the article "Evaluating DC-DC converters and PDN with the E5061B LF-RF network analyzer" (attached)?

I have also a current probe which I can use instead of the sense resistor, but I am not sure how to calibrate such a system?

Best regards,
