Smart calibration on E4991A

Hi everybody,

I use a E4991A Material Analyzer in order to perform an automatic impendance measurement test (1Mhz to 3.3Ghz) on N.20 coils. I can connect my instrument to to each of these DUTs by using an RF Mux.

Now everything works using N.20 calibration data files, created by performing the correction with OPEN, SHORT and LOAD standards for each channel.
This means open and close my fixture 60 times (20 x 3)...

So I am wondering if it is possble to :
- perform calibration OPEN on all channes. and save calibration data into a temp file for each channel.
- perform calibration SHORT  on all channels, and save calibration data into a temp file for each channel.
- perform calibration LOAD on all channels. and Save calibration data into a temp file for each channel.
- Put togheter all these files for each channel.

I have developed functions for managing correction data (those read by DATA:CCO1-6? commands) but I've realized that this is the wrong way and probably need to deal with the "raw" calibration data array (read with command DATA:CAD1-8?).

Does anybody have any hint about it?
