I couldn't see a way to hide the S2p file name for a component such as a L or C. To get round this use a two port S parameter block (2-Port Data File (S-Parameter w/2-Term)) which points to your desired S2p file.
Once you have this you can then hide the file name by right clicking on the S2P block and un ticking the Show FILENAME box. See attached pictures Cheers
Thank you for your suggestion. I like keeping the proper symbols during the simulation. I usualy start with ideal components with Q, sometimes up to 10 components. When the optimization is finnish, I replace one by one each components with s2p files but I re-optimize after each change. This way, I prefer seeing if it is a L or a C.
It will be nice to suggest to turn OFF or ON the s2p file name for the next version.
