I have the following setup : a spectrum analyzer Model 8594E, Signal Generator Model 8648B and High Frequency prob Model 85024A.

When I connect the spectrun analyzer to the signal Generator Through Probe tip to type-N adapter (1M-50 ohms terminator) with High power from 5dBm and above I get incorrect results (over the 1 dB compression point)

what is the Maximum RF Input (in dBm) I can connect by technical specifications?

The 85024A with the 11880A, Active Probe Tip to 50Ω connector does not imply that the input impedance is 50Ω, rather the input impedance is 1 MΩ. On your signal generator measurement, the output impedance is 50Ω, so there is a mis-match to the 1 MΩ impedance of the probe.

The specifications for the 85024A probe is 1.5Vpeak without the 10:1 divider tip in place. 1.5Vpeak = 1.605Vrms, which is +13.52 dBm that would be delivered into 50Ω. Since the input impedance is 1MΩ, the source power would have to be reduced by 6 dB to +7.52 dBm to avoid damage to the probe.

If the 10:1 divider were to be used, the max. input voltage to the probe is 15Vpeak. 15Vpeak = 10.605Vrms, which is +33.52 dBm. Subtracting 6 dB is +27.52 dBm is the maximum to avoid damage to the probe.
