Speeding up CW-Time measurements on N5242A PNA

Hi, I'm hoping for some help on the following issue:

I am making CW-Time measurements on a DUT through a remote labview interface... example would be CW Frequency = 20Ghz, IF BW = 700Hz, Sweep time 20seconds, Stepped mode, single-trigger

What I am noticing is that when I trigger the measurement, the data is taken for 20 seconds, and then for the next 20 seconds data is "displayed" or processed.  This means that in order for me to actually get the result of the test, it takes ~40 seconds.  Is there a way to acquire data during the specified 20 seconds, and immediately save the file and move on to the next measurement?
