Problems with mode CC of DC electronic load

Some time ago I bought an electronic load model N3304A, but  we have some troubles when try to apply a constant current from the front panel of the device. We observe fluctuations of the order of 1A in the value thet we want to remain constant. The manual show an example to apply a constant current of 1.25 A (p. 63). We reproduced this example but found fluctuations again.

We ensure that "TRAN" is off. When we set the current in 0 "FUN CURR" and vary the C: RANG we observe important changes. For example, for C: RANG = 60 (maximum allowable) the current vary from 0 to 0.43 A. When set a C: RANG= 6 (minimum allowable) the current vary from 0 to 4.3 A. How should we proceed so that the current is effectively fixed?

Thans for the help!
