MSO6054A connection issue == VI_ERROR_RSRC_NFOUND

I am facing a connection issue with some of my MSO6054A scopes. Using Agilent Connection Expert (16.3.17218.1). I have one scope which is perfectly working (connection is ok and i can send and receive answer on for example the *IDN? command) and 2 which are not working.
The error I get is " ! VI_ERROR_RSRC_NFOUND: No matching resources found / no more matches
Visa ErrorCode: 0xBFFF0011 (-1073807343) ".
All of the scopes are connected to the same network. Changing the network cable does not chance the issue, the good scope remains good, the bad ones remain bad.

All of the settings on the scopes are identical, meaning LAN enabled. DHCP, AutoIP, Dynamic DNS and Netbios enabled. The VISA address is "TCPIP0::".

What is working on the bad ones is the web server. This seems to be not affected.
Also, using the Agilent connection expert, add instrument, it only finds the good one automatically. I have to manually add the ip-address of the bad ones before I can see them.

Hope someone can help me out here.
