Was doing a calibration for return loss.
Start at 73.5Ghz
Stop at 8.2Ghz
Output pwr at 0 db
Cal d up without a hitch.
I come back from lunch and I'm getting a "unleveled" reading now.
It levels out again at -20dbm.
Anyone see this problem before?
I checked my output on the DUT to ensure I did not hit it with voltage and there is none present.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like a hardware failure. That’s a fairly large drop in power.
It would be lengthy to go through the entire process of troubleshooting sources, but I would start by comparing maximum leveled power in each band. Then I would just work back through the RF chain measuring power.
The most typical causes for this kind of loss would be a bad doubler or mod amp.
I hope this helps -
