We have an E4411B here, and we'd like to measure the jitter on typical CMOS logic-level ADC clocks.
Of course the spectrum analyzer has the 75-ohm N-type RF connector.
Seems like I need an adapter which will take a typical oscilloscope probe and mate it to the analyzer's input. Does such a thing exist?

Ultimately - I believe this will belong to the Agilent Scopes Group - but I wanted to investigate the E4411B RF input connector first...
You mention that the connector on the analyzer is 75Ω N-Type. We did not ship any E4411B’s that I’m aware of with this connector type. It would either be 50Ω Type-N(f) or 50 or 75Ω BNC(f).
Can you confirm?
Thanks -
