Importing caputure files from winPCAP or TCPDump into NA

I have been working on troubleshooting a problem with G.729 encoded Voice stream.  The problem is that I commonly see the problem between remote machines that do not have NA capabilities.  I can load winPCAP (windows) or TCPdump (Linux) to capture the network traffic, but I have not been able to import the resultant capture files into Net Analyzer, it says "Created by unknown application" and reports "No Data is selected for the open"

I can open the file in Ethereal, but Ethereal cannot interpret G.729.  I can use Ethereal to save the capture in Sniffer (.enc)  format, but it still does not import.

Has anyone ever been able to import a "standard" TCPdump or winPCAP capture file into NA for analysis?

In case you are interested, I have posted a copy of the sniff file at this location:

It is about 600Kb capture file in "plain" capture format.  I have tried to use Ethereal to convert it to a sniffer 1.1 and 2.0 windows format, but NA still cannot read it.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
