N1913A and Vee

Question asked by JOsgood@caci.com on Jul 10, 2013
Hello,
I have an Agilent N1913A Power Meter and Vee Pro 9.0. I am trying to add the IVI drivers so I can use the power meter in Vee, but I can seem to get it right. I don't see any IVI-COM drivers listed in Vee. So I can only do DIO which is not what I would like to do. I have downloaded and installed the AgilentRFPowerMeter 3.7.2.0 driver (IVI) but that didn't seem to help. Right now I just want to start communicating to the Power Meter. I have installed the IVISharedComponents 2.2.1. I have web access to the power meter and even see the Power Meter under the Agilent Instrument Explorer (TCPIP), but even that doesn't seem to have a IVI driver. What am I doing wrong? I am trying to use the IP interface if I can.
