Hi,
I've got an E4404B spectrum analyzer with a valid Option 1DR keycode. But the lowest RBW that the analyzer will accept is 1-kHz, won't go below that. The video bandwidth also will not go below the non-1DR limit; it acts like the option isn't there. (The unit does not have Option 1D5, High Stability Timebase option, by the way.) I should also point out that the on-board memory/clock battery/crystal appears to be dead. Anyhow, am I doing something wrong? Is the analyzer missing some internal hardware (very possible) or might it have a serious issue? Thoughts?
Thanks much!

Appears to be a corrupt memory location? Now I'm wondering if anything else is at issue? The analyzer is supposed to be a "Standard" model but some other features/options apparently aren't there either. For example, the PowerSuite application is missing, which I think is supposed to be part of that "Standard" package? Is there any way to find out which options my E4404B is supposed to have installed/active? The serial # is MY44211924.
Again, thanks very much!
