Aux Trigger Out

I am trying to use the Aux Trigger Out lines to control a RF switch as part of a test setup (latching SPDT, AuxOut1 latches, AuxOut2 unlatches).

I have hooked up an oscilloscope and I see that during the Aux Trigger Out pulse, RF is still coming out of my active port.  It doesn't matter if  I set the Aux Trigger Out for before the measurement (first frequency is output during the AuxTrigger pulse) or after the measurement (last frequency is output during the AuxTrigger Pulse).

The reason I need to do this is that I can't hot-switch the RF switches without damaging them, so I need to take RF output power low before sending the switch signals.

I've tried setting all sorts of delays, but they just seem to stretch out the first/last frequency.

Does anyone know how to do this sort of thing without external hardware?  Thanks!
