DSOX Boot Problem

Ever since I owned my DSOX3024 I had a boot problem where when I first turned on the scope
with a USB drive plugged in.   When the scope boot sequence starts LED's on the front panel
flash in a sequence but that's all it does!  It never completes the boot sequence.  This only happened
about 6 time the first two years I owned it.

I recently sent it in to get checked out and Agilent service replaced a defective acquisition board and
calibrated the scope. After I got it back, it fails the boot sequence more often, about every other time
I turn it on.

I also notced that the LED on the USB drive flashes just before the photo appears.  Something probably
fails at that time and the photo doesn't appear and the scope is locked in the boot sequence.

Has anyone had this happen?  Is this something that's only inherent with my scope?

I also noticed that when it gets into this mode, the Rocky Mountain photo doesn't appear.

My firmware rev is 2.30.2013032600
