Okay - I'm in deep repairing an E4437B ( I think all electrical faults are now fixed ) - and the Falcon adjust software seems to have caused this machine to lose it's identity.
I've only been running the YTO Driver / FRAC-N performance tests so far - but at some point the machine appears to have corrupted the configuration data and now believes it is a ASG-A3000A with a serial number of AA00000000.
So - what the heck do I do now ???

Now I've learn't how to change the model number /serial number, and the IDN model number , and how to tell the machine it has a YTO board.
I'm now back to approximately where I was at the start of the day.
The YTO Driver board tests in falcon fail the lock detect ( tries to unlock the yto - but the lock signal says locked )
The Frac-N board passes all tests.
The generator produces output ( unlocked - and approximately 5Mhz high at 100Mhz setting ).
The output 'jumps' - presumably because the YTO dac changes the YTO pretune - but I must be missing the control loop somehow.
