vrf AW: VRF VeeServiceManager not working on first start

Well if it's running as a normal application I can't imagine what could be wrong. I can only guess that something odd is going on with Testexec. What happens if you try to call the same library from VEE under those circumstances?

You can make almost any executable run as a service if you want. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137890
