If you mean making it look like a spectrum analyzer, the answer is no. The ENA-L does not have the ability to look just at the raw measurement receivers. Most pure VNA's do not operate well as a spectrum analyzer, just as most spectrum analyzers don't make good network analyzers. What is your need? If you are looking for just a low cost spectrum analyzer, you might take a look the N9320A (benchtop) or N9340B (portable).
