" It looks like that vrf forum is more active than this one. I think Agilent people should do something in order to bring more people here? "
They tried that and we all revolted. There's nothing like the VRF for speed and convenience. Forums, like this one, are horrible by comparison.
Post your question on the VRF and it arrives in every member's INBOX within minutes thus, every single member of the VRF is almost instantly aware of your problem. Posting a reply is as simple as answering an email, so more people participate.
This forum, on the other hand, is something that has to be logged into (it never remembers me) and checked periodically. Who has time for that? I'm only here when I'm bored and have nothing better to do. Yet I am very active on the VRF. It's a completely different and better way to interact with other VEE users that is as simple as sending and receiving email with colleagues.
I wish Agilent would do more to bring forum users to the VRF. Or shutdown the forum entirely. There's no point in having two groups of VEE users, one on the VRF and the other on the forums.
The VRF is way better, but no one will know that unless they try it.
To subscribe to the VRF just send an email to: "vrf-request@general.lists.agilent.com" with the word subscribe in the message body.
