Hello,
There is a user that is encountering an error message with his E8362B PNA Network Analyzer. The message is:
"fpservice Module has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience." (Standard report error to Microsoft screen)
The PNA locks up completely needing a hard shutdown.
Does anyone have any clue or idea on how to resolve this issue?

I think a lot of these issues have been resolved with the newer firmware. Can you post the FW revision that you are using?
