Hi,
I do not have a LitePoint IQMax Test System box. However,...
It seems that the unit has a C++ API interface (.dll) for automated testing. You might import the .dll as a Compiled Function and use its functions. A known problem in this case is its Definition File (.h). You will have to modify the header file so that vee can recognize it (Int, Float, ...).
VRF's experts may help you when the header file is posted.

Hello All!
We are currently evaluating the LitePoint IQMax Test System box. One of the goals we would like to achieve is integrate it into our bench setup that is primarily Agilent and is controlled by VEE. We were told by their FAE and Sales Rep that it is not a GPIB controlled box, but rather by ethernet and that it's compatible with LabView or Visual C++. We're thinking that we would have to create a .dll in VEE with C++ and then call it as a user function to control the box with our VEE program.
Our question is, does anyone currently have this in their test setup and if so, are you controlling it with VEE? We would like to know if there's another solution other than having to create a .dll or go and purchase LabView. It seems that currently there is no hook in this setup to control it with VEE. We are using VEE 8.0.
Best Regards,
John P. Martinez
