"speed" is of course relative. If kHz rates are enough then the Measurement Computing devices work pretty flawlessly with VEE and even have VEE examples ( or used to at least before they were bought ).
If you want MHz rates Accesio looks really good and seems to work fine from VEE so far ( just starting in on their devices ).
