vrf telnet communication

I have used Activestate Expect successfully in the past and executed the programs via VEE, howver, I received the attached that is suppose to be able to telent to a system.  I was unable to Make it work for me, but the person who wrote it, says it works.

It turns out that telnet is a very complex protocol, unlike say SMTP, so implementing it at the socket level is in principle possible but is a large amount of work. You can't just open a socket and start sending commands like you might expect.

Look for a .NET object or other external code that implements the telnet protocol.
