well- quick perusal at agilent.com finds:
"SCPI programming is not available using the USB port."
A very blunt statement that
would seem to imply that while USB is there it is not the USBTMC standard required by the IO Libraries.
The SCPI interpreter appears to be limited to RS232 and GPIB in that instrument.
If my interpretation is in error, I expect someone will chime in.
If you have the scope's GPIB option that may be your best bet.
