E4407B ESA license key activation

Lost 1DR option in my E4407B.
The option has been installed and the license key is available
How do I activate the license key?

I have tried to follow the screen comands but activation failed.

I can validate the license key you have if you can tell me what it is along with the instrument serial number and hostID (Don't worry, the license will only work for your instrument).
