Accounting for delay of through reference

I am using an HP 8722D VNA, with an HP 85052D 3.5 mm Economy Calibration Kit. I choose this cal kit and do a full 2-port calibration, omitting isolation, and chosing the broadband load.

When I have done this and I connect the through line (in this case F-F) I get a phase of zero. I would have expected that the phase would correspond to a delay equivalent to the length of the through, so that the reference planes are at the connectors on the cables.

Am I doing something wrong, or misunderstanding what I am doing?
