If you are talking about the "standard" 40 pin, 16-channel pods, they haven't changed since the 16510 was released in September of 1987. The current 16910 logic analyzers use the same pinout, and the same adapters will work. See here:

Yes! The same 40 pin connector! It´s a very very good thing from Agilent maintain standards, THANKS A LOT
