Му oscilloscope broken front panel softkey keypad (part # 54622-41902). In catalogue status "Available Until Gone". This means that the item can not be ordered?
"Available Until Gone" means that they may have one or more in stock, but they will never be making or ordering any more. When they ship the last one, that's the end of the line for that part.
This will happen once a product goes out of "support life". After a product is removed from the price list, support is generally available, including parts, for 5 years. The 54622D went out of support life about 8 months ago.
I live in Russia. I contacted support and they wrote that this item costs about $8. When I wrote to a distributor they told that it'll cost $162. As you can see price is overstated. Could you recommend any company where I could buy this item and it'll be sent to me by post or any other way?
As an Agilent employee, I can't say anything except, "Contact the Distributor".
The part probably costs $8, in the US. Add in stocking, shipping, packaging, taxes, duties, hassle, etc., and this might be a reasonable price. I ran into this a few years ago for an old part I was buying, in the US. The list price was $50, and the distributor had it for $400+.

I am not an expert in shipping logistics, but...
When I lived in Singapore there were logistic companies that would allow you to order items and ship to a US address; they would then freight forward to Singapore. This allowed companies to take an order within the US -- which is a requirement for many companies. The overseas taxes, logistics, etc. were then taking care of by another company. This was so popular that the service was actually offered by the Singapore Post company.
Only advice is to investigate if any company offers this service for Russia.
Or if you've got a good friend in the US that would provide this service :-).
