1130a Agilent differential probe (equivalent circuit for simulation)

In this experiment I probe the differential voltage over a resistance in the supply path using the 1130A Agilent differential probe. What I am trying to do is simulate the measurement effects by including the wire bond, packaging and probe equivalent models. Unfortunately, I was not successful until now in finding useful information on how to model the differential probe (1130A), except for the differential capacitance (0.7 pF) and the resistance between the two differential tips (measured to be 50 khom). I need to find out the inductance of this probe in order to include it in the simulations.

Thanks in advance.
