Hello,
I'm trying to make it work on a offline computer. The problem is that I don't have any command sets available. Moreover, I don't have a computer connected to the Internet with Command Expert installed.
Which means that I can't download the SCPI drivers using the program.
Is there any way to download the files directly without the program being installed?
The last time I had such a problem with another device the support team published the driver on a ftp site I could download it.
Thanks,
S. Cohen

Command Expert's (CE) "Manage Command Set" allows the user to import command sets from sources besides our internet server. They can be transferred over to a non internet connected CE machine thru a flash drive for example. I have included the 86100 command set in this post. Command sets can also be downloaded from a internet connected CE client as well. Detailed instrunctions for importing or exporting command sets can be found in the attached "Working Offline.pdf" document.
