Agilent E7495A as a Spectrum Analyzer: Is this normal behavior?

I just acquired an E7495A Base Station Test Set. It's an amazing instrument and I'm just getting familiarized with it. It passes all self-tests and all of the verifications.

One thing I observed is that in the spectrum analyzer mode with nothing connected to the input there is an amplitude discontinuity at exactly 375 MHz (see attached photo). I also noticed this in the general specifications:

Input frequency range: 10 MHz to 2700 MHz
Usable to 500 KHz (specifications and typical values do not apply below 375 MHz unless otherwise noted).

So is this a normal indication?

Also, is there any sort of a service manual available for this instrument?
