Accurate measurements of battery capacity -- Li-ion I/V logging

Question asked by MattC Employee on Sep 4, 2012
Battery manufacturers specify battery capacity using a standard current drain level. This is likely to be different than the capacity you will achieve with the average current drain of your mobile device. Testing the battery using repeatable discharge currents similar to your device is essential to predicting actual achievable battery capacity and run-time. Agilent Technologies provides a one box solution that can provide precise, repeatable current loads and an integrated voltage and current measurement system.
