Having forums like these are pointless and defeats the original purpose of having them in the first place. There are bunch of lurkers and no one cares to make a comment about a valid questions independently of how inane the question may be.
I found that the VNA measured impedance in a 50 ohms system is correct. There are no correction factors, just measurement errors. This was causing confusion in my simulations. Nothing to disregard as the original message was totally disregarded.
