Hi,
I have designed a 4 QAM on MATLAB SIMULINK.I have used the option 106 to demodulate and check the signals on VSA-using 89600 VSA sink in MATLAB.Is there any preliminary settings which should be performed first before doing the simulation. I am getting a set of outputs in VSA how to compare these values with the input given through MATLAB.
Please tell me how to check signals using VSA for the simulated model.

Here is a good starting point from the tutorial section of the online help...
Digital Demodulation Analysis
Setting Up the Digital Demodulator
Ten Steps to Successful Digital Demodulation
1. Set center frequency and span for signal under test
2. Set input range as low as possible without overload
3. Set up triggering (if required)
4. Select digital demodulation mode
5. Specify correct modulation format
6. Specify correct symbol rate
7. Select result length and points/symbol
8. Select filter shapes and alpha (measured and reference)
9. Turn on Pulse Search and set search length (burst signals only).
Note: Turn this feature off for continuous signals.
10. Checks: shape of eye/constellation diagrams, EVM
