8720D/8722ES Turn off Rev Trans Channel

Help please. We recently used 8720D and 8722ES to measure a waveguide cavity designed for material measurement. The flatness of the insertion loss is critical to us. After the calibration by using Maury Waveguide kit, the line of insertion loss is still not as flat as we want. It caused some error in the calculation.

First of all, we add 2 isolators at both sides of cavity, but it still has some error. Since we only measure S12 or S21, we only need signal from one direction. I am thinking to turn off the rev trans channel. Can I do it? If so, how?

I really apprecaite the help.

Thanks
