I've got a couple of old *HP* cal kits, which despite their  age, are still available new from Agilent. These are the 85050B (7 mm, 18 GHz) and 85052B (3.5 mm, 26.5 GHz). The foam in these has disintegrated, and rather than mess around trying to make my own up, I'd rather just buy new foam from Agilent, which has the cut-outs for all the components These are the part numbers listed in the Agilent manuals for the replacment foam.

* Agilent 85050-80032 (lower foam pad for 85050B)
* Agilent 85052-80031 (lower foam pad for 85052B)

I'm a bit concerned if I buy new foam from Agilent, it might not fit the old HP boxes. Perhaps design changes over the years mean the internal sizes of the boxes has changed a bit.

Hence can anyone tell me the internal dimensions of  the boxes used on current Agilent 85050B and Agilent  85052B cal kits, OR the sizes of Agilent parts 85050-80032 and  85052-80031.

On a smilar note, have there been design changes over the years which mean the older HP parts will not fit current Agilent cutouts in the foam?
